12 g (1 tbsp) granulated white sugar
1.5 g (¼ tsp) table salt
3 g (1 tsp) instant yeast
120 g (½ cup) lukewarm water
14 g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter, room temperature
40 g (¼ cup) raisins (optional)
